Job summary

Camp Snap is seeking a Creator Marketing Associate in the United States. You will identify and engage creators, build a robust pipeline for paid UGC, affiliate, gifting, and organic opportunities, and guide briefs and delivery from concept to final content.

You’ll work with the Head of Creators & Partnerships to refine talent selection, manage multiple creator campaigns, and stay ahead of trends in short-form video culture. This role requires curiosity, organization, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in creator, influencer, social, affiliate, PR, or related marketing.
• Strong eye for talent and ability to assess content potential.
• Comfortable communicating with creators via DMs, email, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and discover creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Build a consistent pipeline for paid UGC, affiliate, gifting, and organic opportunities.
• Manage outreach and creator communication from first contact to delivery.
• Share briefs, shot lists, and campaign requirements with creators.
• Coordinate feedback, deadlines, and usage rights for final assets.
