Job summary

PixVerse is scaling its US presence with a hands-on Content & Creator Growth Manager. You’ll craft the US content strategy, build and nourish a creator network, and drive collaborations from outreach to performance analysis. You’ll also help execute events, conferences, and activations that turn insights into content and long-term relationships.

The role requires 3–6+ years in content or creator marketing and a comfort level creating content yourself in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in content, social media, creator marketing, or related fields.
• Proven ability to create social-first or creator-led content.
• Comfortable producing content end-to-end from concept to publish.
• Experience working with creators and proactive outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build PixVerse's US content engine with engaging short-form video formats.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with US creators, agencies, and communities.
• Lead creator collaborations from outreach to performance analysis; run ambassador programs.
• Support US events and activations, coordinating guests and logistics.
