At Southwest Adventure Tours (SWAT), we don’t just book tours—we help travelers turn “Someday” into “I can’t believe we’re actually going!”
We’re looking for a Creator and Marketer of Services to join our Customer Service team and become the friendly, knowledgeable voice travelers can count on before their adventure begins.
This isn’t a high-pressure, sell-at-all-costs position. It’s consultative sales powered by outstanding customer service. You’ll listen carefully, recommend the right tour, explain what guests can expect, and make the booking process feel easy. When plans change or something gets complicated, you’ll bring the patience, resourcefulness, and calm needed to get things back on track.
One conversation might involve helping a first-time visitor choose between Antelope Island and the Bonneville Salt Flats. The next could involve walking a couple through the details of a multi-day national park adventure, processing a reservation, answering a payment question, or helping an existing guest prepare for departure.
You’ll work a four-day schedule consisting of extended shifts and participate in the weekend rotation at least once per month. That schedule gives you three days off most weeks—but while you’re on, you’re fully engaged and ready to take care of our travelers.
If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate clearly, stay composed when the unexpected happens, and know how to turn “I’m just looking” into “Let’s book it,” we want to meet you.
Bring the personality. Bring the patience. Bring the sales instinct. We’ll provide the adventures worth talking about.
