Alignerr is seeking Creative Writing Evaluators to assess AI-generated stories, essays, poetry, and other writings to shape how AI learns compelling prose.

This fully remote, flexible contract roles welcomes avid readers and writers with no publishing credits required—just a love for the written word. You’ll read across genres, provide feedback, and help AI tell better stories on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Loves reading and writing across genres.
• Able to articulate why writing works — or doesn't — with clarity and precision.
• Strong command of English language, grammar, and literary style.
• Comfortable working through substantial volumes of text with focus and consistency.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated writing across genres.
• Assess writing quality on style, voice, coherence, tone, originality and reader engagement.
• Identify weaknesses such as clichés, awkward phrasing, logical inconsistencies or flat characterization.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help AI produce more human, compelling writing.
• Complete structured evaluation tasks independently on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, personal essays, satire, and more
• Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement
• Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more human, compelling writing
• Complete structured evaluation tasks independently on your own schedule

Who You Are
