BASIS Ed is seeking a highly organized Web and Graphic Designer to join our Design team. You will craft engaging website experiences, wireframes, and marketing assets in collaboration with Marketing and Development teams.

Proficiency in Figma and WordPress/Elementor, plus strong print and digital design capabilities, are essential to translate objectives into polished, scalable designs handed off to developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in design; 3–5+ years in a design role.
• Strong portfolio with website, landing page, branding and print work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC and UX/UI; capable of developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-centered website experiences, landing pages, microsites, and assets.
• Create wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma for developers.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure brand and usability.
• Develop reusable design components and contribute to design systems.
