BASIS Ed is seeking a highly organized and creative Web and Graphic Designer to join our Design team in Scottsdale. You will craft engaging, visually compelling digital experiences, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma for developers to implement, while also supporting print collateral and marketing materials.

The role requires strong UX/UI sensibilities, familiarity with WordPress and Elementor, and collaboration with Marketing, Communications, and Development teams to uphold brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic/web design.
• 3-5+ years in design across agency, in-house, or education settings.
• Strong portfolio showing website, branding, and print work.
• Advanced Figma skills: wireframes, prototyping, systems, high-fidelity designs.
• Proficient in Adobe CC (PS/AI/ID) and typography fundamentals.
• Understanding UX/UI, responsive design, accessibility, and IA.
• Experience prepping assets for developer handoff.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Experience for both digital and print outputs.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsabilités

• Design engaging website experiences, landing pages, microsites, and digital assets.
• Create wireframes, maps, user flows, mockups, and HFDs in Figma for dev handoff.
• Design sections, templates, and experiences aligning with goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent and brand standards.
• Apply UX/UI practices to improve usability, accessibility, and conversions.
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate campaigns into digital experiences.
• Contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Stay current on web design trends and technologies.
