Primark in the United States seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the in-store visual proposition and develop a high-performing team. You will collaborate with store management and the Regional VM Manager to deliver impactful displays that drive sales.

You will hire, coach, and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers, ensure adherence to standards, manage stock costs, and implement campaigns that reflect current fashion trends while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising leadership at a high-volume retailer.
• Strong communication skills with ability to relate to customer needs.
• Leads, motivates and inspires teams to deliver excellent customer experiences and high-impact displays.
• Excellent creative skills delivering a visually inspiring proposition while maximizing sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-store visual proposition and develop the VM team.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Regional VM Manager to deliver impactful displays.
• Oversee launches of new visual campaigns and coach teams on best practices.
