Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in New York City to craft compelling in-store displays and maintain brand visuals that drive guest engagement and sales. You will plan and execute visual plans, train teammates, and support store campaigns while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lead and influence store teams to follow visual standards.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership to meet sales goals and promotions.
• Execute visual assessments and collaborate with leadership to improve store visuals.
• Uphold and implement company Visual Standards and ISM across store areas.
• Support and validate all visual presentations in partnership with leaders.
• Lead onboarding and training to elevate team visual merchandising skills.
• Create inspiring display moments to drive guest engagement and sales.
