Job summary

Primark is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to serve as the creative ambassador for in-store visual merchandising. You will deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand, driving commerciality and enhancing the customer experience to maximize sales.

You will partner with store leadership to maintain windows, displays, and pricing in line with guidelines, while reflecting current trends for the local customer.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager and Store Manager to deliver high visual standards.
• Reflect the local customer in trends through product presentation, windows, and mannequin styling.
• Review and adapt displays to be commercially successful and refresh with alternative products.
• Champion best practices to create displays reflecting trends and influence customer journey.
• Utilize stock knowledge to support customer queries and provide style advice.
• Provide consultation to colleagues to support visual proposition store-wide.
• Launch new campaigns across the store adhering to guidelines and input from line manager.
• Attend meetings and provide updates on visual trends, campaigns, and activities.
