Job summary

Block 22 is seeking a talented Videographer & Content Creator to bring our brands to life through visual storytelling in Boise, Idaho. From sports to hospitality scenes, you’ll transform ideas into compelling reels, cinematic videos, and shareable moments.

You will lead projects from concept to final edit, balancing storytelling, brand consistency, and fast-paced social media deliverables across multiple channels and events.

Qualifications

• Experience creating compelling photo and video content for social and digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, storytelling, and social-first content.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to finished product independently.

Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging photo and video content across Block22’s brands and digital channels.
• Create short-form social content, hero videos, promotional pieces, interviews, testimonials, and brand stories.
• Capture the energy and emotion of live events, hospitality experiences, dining, sports, and brand activations.
• Create quick-turn content including reels, highlights, recaps, hype videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Stay current with social trends, platforms, formats, and creative best practices.
• Plan and execute shoots from concept and shot list through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Organize digital assets and deliver polished, platform-ready content.
• Proactively identify stories and creative opportunities rather than waiting for assignments.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and property teams to keep content timely, engaging, and on-brand.
