Block 22 LLC is seeking a Videographer & Content Creator to bring our brands to life through compelling visual storytelling. From Steelheads games to Hotel 43 weekends, a night at the Grove Hotel, or dinner and cocktails at Trillium, you’ll turn ideas into cinematic reels and moments people want to share.

Take projects from concept to final edit, producing photo and video content for social media, digital ads, websites, events, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating compelling photo and video content, particularly for social and digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, storytelling, and social-first content.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, framing, pacing, and sound.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Portfolio submission is required.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to finished product independently.

We’re looking for a storyteller, not just a camera operator.

Block 22 is looking for a talented, creative Videographer & Content Creator to bring our brands to life through compelling visual storytelling. From the energy of a Steelheads game to the experience of a weekend at Hotel 43, a night at the Grove Hotel, or dinner and cocktails at Trillium, this role creates content that connects our experiences with the people who love them. The Role

The Videographer & Content Creator takes projects from concept to final edit, creating photo and video content for social media, digital advertising, websites, email, events, and other marketing channels.

Working with Creative Services and property teams, this role balances creative storytelling, brand consistency, and the speed required for today’s social platforms and live events.

What You’ll Do

• Concept, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging photo and video content across Block22’s brands and digital channels.
• Create short-form social content, hero videos, promotional pieces, interviews, testimonials, and brand stories.
• Capture the energy and emotion of live events, hospitality experiences, dining, sports, and other brand activations.
• Create quick-turn content including reels, highlights, recaps, hype videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Stay current with social trends, platforms, formats, and creative best practices.
• Plan and execute shoots from concept and shot list through filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Organize digital assets and deliver polished, platform-ready content.
• Proactively identify stories and creative opportunities rather than waiting for assignments.
• Collaborate with Creative Services and property teams to keep content timely, engaging, and on-brand.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Proven experience creating compelling photo and video content, particularly for social and digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, editing, storytelling, and social-first content. Portfolio submission is required.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, framing, pacing, and sound.
• Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or Lightroom and other industry products.
• Ability to take an idea from concept to finished product independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, live-event environments and work evenings or weekends when needed and perform other duties as required.
• Passion for storytelling, entertainment, hospitality, sports, food, and/or the Boise community is a plus.
