Job summary

We Know People Media in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Full-Time Videographer & Editor to shoot and edit video and photography for a variety of East Tennessee clients. This in-person role emphasizes delivering high-quality social content, brand films and features on a tight schedule.

You will own projects from concept to delivery, collaborate on creative direction and balance multiple client shoots and deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience across brands and social formats is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to both shoot and edit video and photography.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill, creativity and a clear visual point of view.
• A great eye for composition, lighting, movement, pacing and color.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment and video and photo editing software.
• Strong time management, organization and communication skills.
• A self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems and follows through.
• Someone who brings ideas to the table, welcomes feedback and can turn creative concepts into finished work.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients, shifting priorities and consistent deadlines.
• Experience working with a variety of brands, industries and social media formats is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shoot video and photography across industries and formats, including social media campaigns, brand films, business features and lifestyle content.
• Edit and deliver content: produce approximately 10-15 short-form social media reels per week, plus photography and other video deliverables.
• Own projects from start to finish: manage footage, editing, revisions, file organization and final delivery while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual direction to elevate client content.
• Collaborate on creative direction with the team to align with client brand and goals.
• Manage workload independently across multiple clients and deadlines without micromanagement.
