Colossus Search Group is supporting a client in Tennessee who is hiring a Videographer/Editor to join their marketing team in Knoxville, TN at HQ. This is a full-time 4 month contract to hire opportunity; the employee will transition to exempt status and become eligible for commission and bonuses upon converting permanent.

The videographer is responsible for end‑to‑end video production, story ideation with the Design and Marketing Team, shooting, editing, and publishing to YouTube and social

Qualifications

• Minimum two years full-time work experience in video production.
• Portfolio of published work must be submitted with application to be considered.
• Experience with YouTube and Instagram analytics and publishing processes.
• Portfolio including Military infantry equipment and weapon systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all video production: product, instructional, promotional, and social media content.
• Lead story ideation in collaboration with Design and Marketing Team.
• Produce videos including shooting, VO, animations/effects, intros/outros, and sound.
• Publish and optimize videos on YouTube and social platforms with thumbnails and notes.
• Maintain and organize studio equipment and assets.
