What we're looking for

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, a flair for design, and a passion for creating high-quality content tailored for social media. You'll be responsible for producing a range of visually engaging posts, both static and motion, for different social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, including carousels, quote cards, infographics, and promotional posts.
• Create short-form videos and motion content that engage and inform across different social media platforms.
• Translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, on-brand content using video editing software.
• Apply transitions, motion graphics, special effects, and color correction to enhance both video and animated visuals.
• Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life and keep the brand looking sharp across all touch points.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across formats, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines.
• Optimize creative assets for each platforms specs and audience behavior.
• Organize project files, manage timelines, and meet deadlines without sacrificing creativity or quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new editing techniques, and software updates.

Qualifications/ Required Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 1+ years of work experience, preferably agency experience
• Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or 3D software is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
• Proficiency in sound design and audio editing.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and color grading is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media trends and video marketing strategies.
