Qualifications

• 3–5 years in graphic/packaging design (consumer products/toys preferred).
• Strong design and layout skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and creating marketing visuals.
• Experience with packaging design and production files (die-lines a plus).
• Understanding of print production and manufacturing processes (global production a plus).
• Ability to work from creative briefs to concepts and design solutions.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design toy packaging, product graphics, and marketing assets
• Create renderings to bring ideas to life
• Produce e-commerce, digital, and marketing visuals (including image retouching and compositing)
• Contribute to brand storytelling and visual identity development across products and packaging
• Collaborate with product development + marketing teams to execute cohesive product experiences
• Support mockups, prototypes, or presentation samples for internal and retail needs
• Participate in brainstorms, trend research, and concept development
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
