Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. and a culinary degree or extensive professional cooking experience.
• Proficiency in recipe writing and ability to troubleshoot recipes.
• Strong knowledge of food, cuisines, techniques and equipment.
• Social media savvy and comfort with digital content.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recipe development, testing, and nutritional analysis.
• Shop groceries and manage kitchen stock.
• Test recipes and create on-camera content for video projects.
• Annotate recipes with deliverables, photos, and nutritional data.
• Assist with photo shoots and food styling when needed.
• File expense reports.
