Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Git.
• Proficiency in prototyping using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive cross‑platform development.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Design, Digital Media or relevant coding bootcamp.

Responsibilities

• Mastery of Emerging Tech: GSAP, AI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Prototype Epsilon’s next generation of advanced creative tools.
• Automate workflows to scale high-volume, data-driven experiences for global clients.
• Bridge between 100+ designers and engineering partners.
• Provide input into the company’s strategic direction.
• Access specialized training and certifications within Publicis Groupe network.
