Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Creative Technologist to join its social creative team supporting Gemini social and influencer marketing. The role blends design, engineering, and culture to build AI-powered social experiences and prototypes.

You’ll bridge ambitious ideas with working code, evangelize what is possible at the AI/social frontier, and collaborate across internal teams and creator communities. This is a temporary position through 2026 with renewal potential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and generative tools in creative contexts.
• Experience building web/interactive experiences using three.js or WebGL.

Responsibilities

• Ideate & Prototype: Brainstorm with strategists and creatives and rapidly build interactive prototypes and social-first experiments.
• Creator Enablement & Briefings: Lead technical briefings for creator partners and review concepts for feasibility and impact.
• Innovate with AI: Explore AI/ML advancements and the Gemini API to inspire social experiences.
• Technology Scouting: Track emerging tech and translate signals into creative ideas for Android and Google Play.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Gemini Marketing to scale successful innovations.
