Job summary

Monks in Los Angeles is seeking a Creative Talent Discovery Manager to recruit and retain full-time creative talent across disciplines, from Art Directors to Motion Designers. You will leverage a strong network and sharp eye to match personalities, styles, and skills with long-term growth plans.

You will partner with Casting, Creative Directors, Producers and Finance to manage budgets, offers, onboarding, and headcount planning while aligning with Monks' RTO policy and diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative recruiting or talent production roles.
• Active network across creative, design, and production disciplines.
• Ability to evaluate portfolios, reels, and work samples.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and pipeline full-time creative and production talent across disciplines.
• Source niche talent ahead of headcount needs.
