Monks is seeking a Creative Talent Discovery Manager to recruit and retain North America’s full-time creative talent across disciplines, from Art Directors to Directors. This contract role runs through the end of 2026 with potential extension.

You’ll leverage deep networks, assess portfolios, and streamline hires while partnering with Casting, Creative Directors, Producers, and Operations to hit project briefs and budget targets.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in creative recruiting, resourcing, or talent producing roles in ad agencies, production houses, or in-house teams.
• Existing active network of creative, design, editorial, and production talent.
• Ability to evaluate portfolios, reels, and work samples to meet quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Continuously recruit, interview, and pipeline full-time creative and production talent across disciplines.
• Proactively source niche talent ahead of headcount needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging directors, and rising talent.
• Partner with Casting, Creative Directors, Producers, and Ops to understand briefs, budgets, and skills.
• Recommend and onboard full-time staff for open roles and ongoing initiatives.
• Manage hiring pipelines with agility and speed.
• Build and maintain relationships with staff to support career paths and a positive employee experience.
• Maintain an active internal candidate database with salaries, portfolios, and performance notes.
• Oversee offers, employment agreements, compensation, and onboarding paperwork.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to track headcount spend against budgets.
