Surface Experts is seeking a Field Technician in the Kansas City area to repair interior surface damages on-site, including countertops, appliances, tubs, and floors. You will use color-matching skills to deliver high-quality results, educate customers on available services, and drive additional business opportunities while upholding exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; color matching is integral to our process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and team members.
• Proven motivation to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform physical repairs at varied sites.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair small surface damages on interior surfaces on-site (countertops, appliances, tubs, floors, glass cooktops).
• Collaborate with the team to reach goals and share color-matching expertise.
• Identify additional service opportunities and educate customers on offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Follow the company’s 5-step repair process and use tools in your kit effectively.
