Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Surface Repair Technician to restore damaged surfaces in apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and residential properties. This role offers daily opportunities to apply creativity and craftsmanship on a variety of projects.

You will perform field repairs, provide excellent customer service, follow our proven process, and benefit from training, a company vehicle, and ongoing development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing hands-on or manual work.
• Ability to accurately identify and match colors.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Facilities maintenance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4+ repairs per day at customer locations.
• Repair a variety of hard surfaces (cabinets, countertops, floors, appliances, furniture, and more).
• Deliver high-quality repairs that typically take less than two hours to complete.
• Use creativity and problem-solving to develop repair solutions for each unique situation.
