Sistaco is a global beauty brand transforming the nail industry with our Mineral Bond system. It allows women to achieve flawless, salon-quality manicures from home in minutes, without the cost, damage, or mess of traditional nail methods.

With a loyal customer base across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU, and over 130,000 women active in our Sistaco Collective Facebook group, we are scaling fast. Our marketing is creative-led, performance-focused, and driven by storytelling that connects.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team and help shape high-converting ad content that speaks directly to the pain points and desires of our market.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Creative Director with creative strategy across paid media, with a focus on Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) and creator-led content
  • Develop direct response ad concepts, storyboards, and scripts based on product benefits, audience insights, and market-specific angles
  • Identify key emotional triggers, buying objections, and differentiators that drive customer action
  • Monitor ad performance and help optimise underperforming creatives by providing data-backed insights
  • Continuously iterate on creative ideas and campaign formats, scaling winning concepts quickly
  • Ensure alignment between visuals, voice, structure, and offer messaging
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform changes, and creative best practices in the beauty and e-commerce space
  • Working with talent and creators to bring ideas to life

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance content, or paid social media for e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of Meta platforms and what makes scroll-stopping creative perform
  • Experience managing or briefing UGC creators, editors, and creative teams
  • A strong understanding of buyer psychology and storytelling structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Experience with beauty or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred

Bonus Skills

  • Ability to adapt creative strategy across multiple regions or personas
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday, Meta Ads Library & Foreplay
  • Knowledge of performance data metrics and how they relate to content (CTR, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate)
