Passages Malibu is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to shape its online presence. You’ll craft content, plan campaigns, and collaborate with influencers and podcast hosts to promote recovery programs.

You will manage content calendars, work with internal teams, and ensure messages align with HIPAA and brand ethics while driving engagement across platforms in a local Malibu setting.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content across platforms.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Knowledge of major social platforms and current digital trends.
• Experience with photo, graphic design, and video editing software.
• Experience with influencer partnerships, podcast promotions and media relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media.
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor channels, engage with audiences, and track performance with analytics.
• Coordinate podcast appearances and media opportunities for the CEO/Co-Founder.
• Collaborate with PR agency and production teams to coordinate appearances and content.
• Identify and coordinate relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices.
• Ensure content aligns with brand, privacy, HIPAA, and healthcare marketing ethics.
