Liveforce is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. You will develop and execute strategies to grow our audience, boost engagement, and showcase the value of Liveforce across platforms.

You’ll craft compelling narratives, manage a content calendar, measure performance, and collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand voice and timely, impactful storytelling.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong written communication and concise copywriting skills.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure engagement and identify trends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Create and curate engaging posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia to share across all social media platforms.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
• Maintain and evolve Liveforce’s unique voice and messaging style across all social platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment to stay informed and relevant in our messaging.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
