Job summary

Wray Ward in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to design assets for Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn, collaborating with PR, Content, Social and Influencer Marketing teams.

You will produce visuals across formats (images, carousels, infographics, GIFs, video) while ensuring brand consistency and platform-specific specs, and you must manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. A portfolio and 1+ year design experience are required.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating social media assets across formats.
• 1+ years digital design experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Understanding of typography, color, layout and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for client social media across platforms.
• Conceptualize and edit content in multiple formats.
• Coordinate with internal teams on design direction.
• Ensure assets meet brand guidelines and platform specs.
• Assist with photography/video shoots as needed.
