Salt & Honey Market LLC is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to expand our online presence. This part-time role covers 8–12 hours a week with 2–3 shifts, typically 10am–12pm, at our Salt Lake locations (9th & 9th, Fashion Place Mall, Downtown Daybreak).

You’ll craft photos, videos, reels, emails, and website content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and support campaigns with the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Loves to be on camera and create engaging content that’s fresh and new.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics.
• Create enticing emails and website content as well as manage templates.
• Assist in scheduling and posting across platforms like our website and email server, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media streams we deem necessary.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Engage with followers and build relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to execute social media campaigns.
• Manage templates and assets
• Coordinate with the Creative Team to ensure high-quality content aligns with brand aesthetics.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely postings.
• Assist in brainstorming and planning future content ideas.
