Job summary

Gray Media’s WOIO/WUAB in Cleveland, OH seeks a Creative Services Producer/Editor to develop engaging ads for broadcast and digital platforms. You will transform concepts into high-impact campaigns while coordinating with sales and programming teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in marketing/production, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and camera/editing proficiency. Some weekend work and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and/or commercial production for broadcast and digital.
• Strong experience with The Adobe Creative Suite and solid camera/editing skills.
• Proficient professional interaction with internal teams and external clients; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling broadcast and digital ads for WOIO/WUAB and Gray Media brands.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through delivery under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Programming and Production teams to meet client goals.
