Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a seasoned Graphic Designer to develop and produce large, high-visibility marketing collateral, advertising, and brand packaging. You will work with art directors and cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand solutions across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of print design experience, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required and 5+ years in print graphic design.
• Proven ability with layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce large, highly visible marketing collateral, advertising, and brand materials.
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to create on-brand packaging and POS.
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring on-time completion.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
