Job summary

You will mentor designers, a web developer, and a digital marketing strategist, partner with senior leadership, manage timelines and budgets, and champion AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• 7+ years of creative, marketing, or communications experience with portfolio.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing digital campaigns across channels.
• UI/UX experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative services function from intake to final delivery.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team including designers, web developer, and digital strategist.
• Maintain intake, prioritization, workflow, and quality control across the team.
• Direct website development and digital campaigns aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with senior management, account managers, and clients on strategic initiatives.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines.
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.
