Job summary

Haddad Organization Ltd. in New York is seeking a Creative Services and Store Design Assistant to support planning and execution of branded retail environments, including floor plans, renderings, and shop rollouts.

You will collaborate with the Sr. Director and cross-functional teams to coordinate design assets, timelines, and installations, using AI tools to enhance visuals while maintaining brand direction and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field or internship.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with 3D design or rendering tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating floor plans, fixture layouts, and product placement plans, considering dimensions, traffic flow, and the shopping experience
• Assist with developing concept boards, visual mockups, renderings, and presentations that communicate proposed retail spaces, fixtures, graphics, and merchandising ideas
• Use AI tools to enhance renderings and bring design concepts to life while maintaining accuracy and alignment with brand direction
• Support new shop openings, refreshes, and retail rollouts by coordinating design assets, store information, timelines, and installation materials
• Assist with installation preparation, delivery coordination, on-site setup, and follow-up, documenting progress and outstanding items
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with corporate teams and retail partners through clear communication, timely follow-up, and collaborative problem-solving
• Work with internal teams and vendors to gather measurements, specifications, project requirements, and approvals under the guidance of the Sr. Director
• Help prepare and adapt in-store graphics, signage, and presentation materials in accordance with brand and retailer guidelines
• Maintain design files, fixture inventories, rollout trackers, installation photos, and project records
• Special projects as assigned

Overview:
