Job summary

Haddad Organization Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Graphic Designer to support the graphic design team with research, tech packs, and presentation materials. You will assist in producing graphics for seasonal lines and help manage samples and schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in graphic design or related field and at least 1 year of experience, with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and keen attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in related field or strong internship experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all technical packs are processed accurately and in a timely manner to be sent to overseas factories and vendors.
• Track and update the graphic design schedule to ensure deadlines and production milestones are met.
• Coordinate and send sample packages, maintain sample library and sample production schedule.
• Assist in the creation of graphics as it relates to the season.
• Contribute to complete market and brand research.

Overview

The Assistant Graphic Designer will provide overall support to the Graphic Design team by assisting in preliminary graphic design research, creating tech packs and assembling presentation boards and materials.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in ensuring all technical packs are processed accurately and in a timely manner to be sent to overseas factories and vendors
• Track and update the graphic design schedule to ensure deadlines and production milestones are being met
• Coordinate and send sample packages, maintain sample library and sample production schedule

• Special projects as assigned

Salary Description

$60,000 - $65,000 yearly
