Job description

Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all—and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex creative work across Tinuiti’s shared-services Creative team. You will translate briefs, scopes, timelines, and resourcing needs into clear project plans that enable Creative Studio and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality, client‑ready work efficiently. This role is primarily internally facing, but the work you manage will be highly visible to clients. You will partner closely with Creative Strategy, Client Partnership, Media, channel teams, and Creative Studio to maintain clarity on scope, priorities, timing, dependencies, feedback, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client-Centric Partner with Creative Studio, client leads, and channel teams to understand client priorities, project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and approval requirements.
  • Build and maintain clear project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, status, risks, and next steps.
  • Ensure creative work is delivered on time, on scope, and in a format that supports strong client experiences.
  • Anticipate delivery risks, scope changes, competing priorities, and approval delays; recommend practical solutions and elevate early when needed.
  • Support client‑ready timeline, workflow, and status communication through the appropriate account or creative lead.
  • Use project‑management, resourcing, communication, and workflow tools to improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency across creative delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including briefs, timelines, workback plans, intake requirements, approvals, feedback, and final deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve intake, briefing, handoffs, workflow design, templates, and project reporting.
  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully to reduce manual coordination, improve documentation quality, and strengthen project visibility.
  • Track delivery performance across timelines, project volume, resourcing, revisions, scope changes, capacity, and recurring workflow bottlenecks.
  • Use operational data and team feedback to identify opportunities to reduce rework, improve prioritization, and increase delivery reliability.
  • Ensure project plans reflect the appropriate level of complexity, review time, quality control, and stakeholder alignment required for the work.
  • Surface recurring risks, capacity constraints, and delivery patterns to creative leadership with clear recommendations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Tinuiti’s Creative Studio workflows, creative deliverables, briefs, feedback loops, approval processes, and cross‑functional handoffs.
  • Help clarify roles and handoffs between Creative Strategy, Creative Studio, channel teams, and account teams.
  • Maintain high standards for organization, communication, project discipline, and collaborative problem‑solving.
  • Contribute to stronger, more scalable ways of working across the Creative team.
  • Take accountability for project clarity, delivery discipline, and timely communication across assigned workstreams.
  • Independently prioritize competing needs across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ask clarifying questions, challenge unclear inputs, and create structure when project scope or ownership is ambiguous.
  • Protect team capacity by identifying unnecessary rework, unclear feedback, incomplete briefs, and avoidable process friction.
  • Support more junior coordinators or project‑management talent through knowledge sharing, workflow guidance, and informal mentorship.
Professional & Technical Qualifications:
  • 5–7 years of experience in creative project management, agency operations, production management, account operations, marketing project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent creative, marketing, content, campaign, or production workstreams.
  • Strong project‑management skills, including timeline development, workback planning, scope management, resource coordination, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, production teams, brand teams, or cross‑functional marketing partners.
  • Strong understanding of the creative‑production lifecycle, including briefing, concepting, design, copy, review, feedback, approvals, and final delivery.
  • Proficiency with project‑management and collaboration tools; experience with resource‑management, workflow, or creative‑operations tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm, solutions‑oriented, and organized in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools responsibly to improve workflow quality and efficiency.
KPIs:
  • On‑time delivery and milestone adherence across assigned creative workstreams.
  • Accuracy and usefulness of project plans, timelines, status reporting, and documentation.
  • Reduction in preventable rework, unclear handoffs, missed dependencies, and avoidable delivery delays.
  • Cross‑functional partner confidence in project clarity, communication, and follow‑through.
  • Effective resource coordination and early identification of capacity or scope risks.
  • Contribution to stronger Creative Studio workflows, templates, operating standards, and delivery quality.
