Job description

Who we are:

Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S. across the media that matters most, with $4 billion in digital media under management and more than 1,200 employees. Built for marketers who demand growth and accountability, Tinuiti unites media and measurement under one roof to eliminate waste—the biggest growth killer of all—and scale what works. Its proprietary technology, Bliss Point by Tinuiti, reveals the truth around growth and waste, and how to capitalize on it. With expert teams across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more, Tinuiti delivers measurable results with brutal simplicity: Love Growth. Hate Waste.

We’d love to hear from you if:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don’t necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

As a Senior Creative Project Manager , you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex creative work across Tinuiti’s shared-services Creative team. You will translate briefs, scopes, timelines, and resourcing needs into clear project plans that enable Creative Studio and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, client-ready work efficiently.

This role is primarily internally facing, but the work you manage will be highly visible to clients. You will partner closely with Creative Strategy, Client Partnership, Media, channel teams, and Creative Studio to maintain clarity on scope, priorities, timing, dependencies, feedback, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Centric
  • Partner with Creative Studio, client leads, and channel teams to understand client priorities, project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and approval requirements.
  • Build and maintain clear project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, status, risks, and next steps.
  • Ensure creative work is delivered on time, on scope, and in a format that supports strong client experiences.
  • Anticipate delivery risks, scope changes, competing priorities, and approval delays; recommend practical solutions and elevate early when needed.
  • Support client-ready timeline, workflow, and status communication through the appropriate account or creative lead.
Product-Led
  • Use project-management, resourcing, communication, and workflow tools to improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency across creative delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including briefs, timelines, workback plans, intake requirements, approvals, feedback, and final deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve intake, briefing, handoffs, workflow design, templates, and project reporting.
  • Use AI and automation thoughtfully to reduce manual coordination, improve documentation quality, and strengthen project visibility.
Data & Measurement-Driven
  • Track delivery performance across timelines, project volume, resourcing, revisions, scope changes, capacity, and recurring workflow bottlenecks.
  • Use operational data and team feedback to identify opportunities to reduce rework, improve prioritization, and increase delivery reliability.
  • Ensure project plans reflect the appropriate level of complexity, review time, quality control, and stakeholder alignment required for the work.
  • Surface recurring risks, capacity constraints, and delivery patterns to creative leadership with clear recommendations.
Channel-Specific Expertise & The Tinuiti Way
  • Develop a strong understanding of Tinuiti’s Creative Studio workflows, creative deliverables, briefs, feedback loops, approval processes, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Partner closely with Creative Strategy, Client Partnership, Media, Analytics, and channel teams so creative work remains connected to broader client goals and campaign needs.
  • Help clarify roles and handoffs between Creative Strategy, Creative Studio, channel teams, and account teams.
  • Maintain high standards for organization, communication, project discipline, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Contribute to stronger, more scalable ways of working across the Creative team.
Owner Mindset
  • Take accountability for project clarity, delivery discipline, and timely communication across assigned workstreams.
  • Independently prioritize competing needs across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ask clarifying questions, challenge unclear inputs, and create structure when project scope or ownership is ambiguous.
  • Protect team capacity by identifying unnecessary rework, unclear feedback, incomplete briefs, and avoidable process friction.
  • Support more junior coordinators or project-management talent through knowledge sharing, workflow guidance, and informal mentorship.
