Qualifications

• Lead belay and climbing competency required.
• Physical strength and manual dexterity essential; setting is labor-intensive.
• Ability or willingness to learn to operate a lift.
• Ability to operate power tools (impact drivers, power washers).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and quantity standards for routesetting.
• Collaborate with team; give and receive constructive feedback.
• Join in challenges with the setting team.
• Guide circuit style and grade distribution discussions.
• Create themed or competition sets to challenge members.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA standards during setup.
