Surface Experts Southeast Houston is seeking a hands-on technician to perform repairs across multiple worksites in the Houston area. You will leverage strong manual dexterity to complete tasks efficiently, while ensuring color accuracy for repairs.

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process
