You will serve as the staging gatekeeper for digital content, ensuring visual integrity, layout accuracy, and accessibility across platforms before publishing.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional experience in a creative quality assurance, copy editing, or digital content QA.
• Exceptional English grammar, punctuation, and style (AP/Chicago) with eye for front-end typography, responsive layouts, and WCAG accessibility.
• Proven track record enforcing brand style guides, taxonomy structures, and regulatory disclosures before deployment.
• Proficiency with issue-tracking and creative workflow platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Staging gatekeeper to catch visual defects, layout breaks, and text clipping before pages go to production.
• Review visual layouts and assets to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and project specs.
• Inspect assets across devices to verify display, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
• Enforce governance across handovers, ensuring legal, regulatory, and brand standards are met before deployment.
• Maintain brand/style guides and editorial SOPs to support the Content Operating Model.
• Proofread copy for grammar and fact-check product claims across content pieces.
