A leading digital transformation solutions provider is looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee creative workflows and manage production logistics in their El Segundo and LA offices. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient collaboration between designers and vendors, maintaining project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
What stands out the manager: Organized, problem solver, anticipates potential roadblocks, and is creative with solution. Can juggle multiple projects at the same time.
Experience with Wrike and/or Asana and understanding the film and photo production processes is a plus.
Creative agency experience is a plus.
This role will work out of two offices: El Segundo and LA Arts District
Job Title: Creative Project Manager
Reports to: Director of Creative Operations & Content Production
Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to streamline our creative workflow and manage production logistics. You'll oversee projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring efficient collaboration between designers and external vendors. A deep understanding of digital asset management is essential.
What will you do:
- Manage creative project timelines, budgets, and resources, including designer workloads and delivery dates.
- Proactively communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
- Review and ensure complete briefing information for incoming creative requests.
- Manage vendor contracts and payments (compliant with California regulations).
- Provide production support (including on-set) as needed.
- Assist Director of Creative Operations with pre- and post-production.
- Serve as the in-house DAM expert, maintaining best practices and compliance.
- Train and support the team on asset management guidelines (naming, folder structure, file packaging, contract referencing).
- Manage asset uploads (including cross-departmental deliveries), ensuring proper specifications, naming, IP rights, and Fadel integration.
- Monitor asset expirations and collaborate with other teams on rights extensions.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative operations or production.
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in digital asset management systems (e.g., Asana and/or Wrike a plus)
- Knowledge of intellectual property rights.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and Power Point
