Project Manager, Creative & Content – EdTech

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Type: Full-Time

A fast-growing EdTech company is seeking a Project Manager to lead creative and content production workflows across design, media, and marketing teams. This role blends project management excellence with a strong understanding of the creative process—ensuring educational content and brand assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage multiple concurrent creative projects, balancing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
2. Collaborate directly with design, media, and content teams to clarify project needs and timelines
3. Develop and maintain project plans, briefs, and key communications to align all stakeholders
4. Serve as the primary point of contact across teams for project status, approvals, and escalation
5. Track progress across workstreams and offer proactive solutions to avoid roadblocks
6. Ensure alignment across content types and departments with competing priorities
7. Facilitate collaboration and shared milestones across internal stakeholders
8. Write clear, accessible process documentation to support creative operations
9. Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, and review workflows
10. Use Smartsheet and automation tools to reduce manual coordination and improve efficiency
11. Support the team with process improvements and production support
12. Perform other duties as needed to support cross-functional success

What You Bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field
2. 2–3+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally in a fast-paced agency or internal creative team
3. Familiarity with creative workflows, brand guidelines, and digital/print deliverables
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication
6. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution
7. Experience using Smartsheet for project management and automation
8. Experience using AI tools to enhance content production processes
9. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities across different teams and timelines
10. Knowledge of digital asset types and requirements (web, social, print, etc.)
11. Ability to maintain calm, focus, and collaboration in high-stakes or deadline-driven situations
12. Prior experience in EdTech or education-related content production is a plus
