Qualifications

• Design: hands-on creation and editing of marketing assets across print, email, digital advertising, web, and promo materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Project coordination: manage timelines, deliverables, and alignment with project scope and objectives.
• Asset management: organize and maintain design files, imagery, templates, and brand assets for efficient workflow.
• Marketing operations support: file organization, posting to internal sites, meeting coordination, and documenting workflows to improve processes.
• Intake and scheduling: assist in managing project intake mechanisms and calendars.
• Task management: use project management tools to assign tasks and flag delays.
• Stakeholder communication: maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate multi-channel design projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and external vendors to meet deadlines.
• Organize assets, templates, and brand guidelines for quick access and reuse.
• Support marketing operations with documentation and process improvements.
• Manage project intake, resource calendars, and scheduling of tasks.
