Job summary

Job Description

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing creative projects from intake through final delivery across design, copy, video, social, digital, print, and other content needs.This role serves as the operational lead for the creative workflow, ensuring projects are properly scoped, assigned, scheduled, tracked, communicated, and delivered. The Creative Project Manager will work closely with the Creative Manager and creative team to manage priorities, capacity, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.This is a hands-on project management role that requires strong ownership, attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to keep a high volume of creative work moving without constant direction.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative project management, agency project management, marketing operations, or integrated production.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across creative disciplines such as design, copy, video, digital, social, and print.
• Strong understanding of the creative development process from brief through production, review, approval, and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines, competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and work independently without waiting for direction.
• Experience with project management/workflow platforms (Smartsheet required)
• Experience with capacity planning, freelancers, vendors, or creative budgets is a plusHealthcare experienceExperience with Base Camp for project management
