Job summary

Henkel Consumer Brands Marketing in Culver City, CA is seeking a Creative Project Manager to drive end-to-end creative initiatives across PRAVANA and Zotos. You will ensure campaigns, product launches, retail activations, ecommerce content, and assets are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management or related roles.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and content development.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative projects from briefing to delivery across campaigns, product launches and content.
• Own end-to-end creative workflow: intake, prioritization, scheduling and delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, approvals and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead status meetings, flag priorities and remove blockers.
• Plan project scope and resource management.
• Ensure design and copy accuracy.
• Improve creative workflows, tools and processes.
• Provide visibility into capacity and performance.
