TEGNA Inc. through WFAA Dallas is seeking a Programs Producer for the Community Impact Team.

The role leads production for community initiatives, coordinating with clients, nonprofit partners, and leaders to create high-quality content for broadcast, digital, and social platforms. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in broadcast television or video production, strong storytelling, and advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in broadcast television, video production, or related field.
• Ability to produce high-end, broadcast-quality content from concept through final delivery.
• Advanced shooting and photography skills with professional camera operation and lighting.

Responsabilités

• Lead production for the Community Impact Team across broadcast, streaming, digital and social platforms.
• Produce live and pre-produced community content, PSAs, and partner content.
• Oversee PSA production, inventory, placement, and post-campaign reporting.
• Manage productions from concept through shooting, editing, graphics, finishing and delivery.
• Develop collateral supporting community partnerships and events.
• Coordinate communications for Community Impact initiatives across departments.
