Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field.
• 10+ years of professional creative experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading or supervising creative teams.
• Strong portfolio across web, video, print and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person creative team including designers, web developers, videographers and multimedia professionals.
• Shape Illinois Mutual's brand direction and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Drive front-end development initiatives and UI/UX best practices.
