Job summary

Mira is seeking a Creative Producer to deliver 20+ high-quality video creatives monthly, including at least 10 featuring real UGC creators. You will lead ideation, trend adaptation, performance scripting, and end-to-end production while coordinating with creators, editors, and the marketing team.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and comes with a performance-based bonus tied to OKRs, contributing to Mira’s mission in women’s health from its San Francisco roots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
• Proven experience writing scripts for UGC creators and direct-response video ads.
• Experience working with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Generate 20+ high-quality video creative concepts per month by analyzing product information, performance data, competitor ads and trends.
• Write compelling UGC scripts with strong hooks and CTAs for paid social ads.
• Produce at least 10 videos per month featuring real UGC creators, managing full production cycle.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and agencies.
• Review feedback on submissions and maintain quality standards.
• Adapt ad formats and trends for Mira’s brand within the creative strategy.
• Organize creative libraries, performance insights, and assets for iteration.
• Ensure timely delivery with proper specs for paid social platforms.
• Track timelines, manage multiple projects, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing to align product features and goals with creative development.
