Lee Tilford Agency (LTA) is seeking an experienced Creative Producer / Cinematographer / Editor to join our in-house team. You will manage concept development, production, shooting, lighting, editing, and color grading for high-quality advertising and branded content.

Hybrid role based at our studio in Dripping Springs, TX. You will work with our creative and account teams and access cinema cameras and post-production software to deliver polished work that connects with consumers and drives

Lee Tilford Agency (LTA) is looking for an experienced Creative Producer / Cinematographer / Editor to join our in-house production team. We're seeking a well-rounded creative professional who can take commercial projects from initial concept through final delivery.

This role involves concept development, producing, directing, shooting, lighting, editing, and color grading high-quality advertising and branded content. You'll work directly alongside our creative and account teams, with access to an extensive collection of professional cinema cameras, lighting, grip equipment, and post-production software.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can help develop the concept, lead the production, and deliver polished work—with the creative judgment and technical skills to bring it all together. You’ll join a close-knit team, take ownership of productions, and help shape LTA’s creative vision while making memorable advertising that connects with consumers and delivers results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and direct shoots, including managing talent and crew.
• Oversee casting, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned projects, keeping productions on schedule and within budget.
• Develop shot lists, production schedules, and other pre-production materials.
• Independently execute smaller productions while collaborating with larger crews.
• Shoot, light, edit, and color grade commercial advertising and branded content.

Work Location & Schedule

This is a hybrid position based primarily at our studio in Dripping Springs, Texas.

• Monday–Thursday: On-site at the LTA studio, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Friday: Work from home unless a shoot or production requires otherwise.
• Occasional early morning, evening, and weekend shoots may be required.
