Job summary

Lee Tilford Agency (LTA) seeks an experienced Creative Producer / Cinematographer / Editor to join our in-house team. The role covers concept to final delivery, blending production, shooting, and post with access to cinema cameras and post tools.

You will concept, produce, direct, shoot, light, edit, and color grade for advertising and branded content, collaborating with our creative and account teams for compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• High-end cinematography experience including lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Proficient with Sony and RED cinema camera systems.
• Expertise in editing, color-correcting, and post workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce and direct shoots, including managing talent and crew.
• Oversee casting, scheduling, and budgeting to keep productions on track and on budget.
• Develop shot lists, production schedules, and other pre-production materials.
• Independently execute smaller productions while collaborating with larger crews.
• Advanced knowledge of cinematography, lighting, composition, camera movement, and storytelling.
• Professional experience with Sony and RED cinema cameras is required.
• Experience shooting product commercials, tabletop, lifestyle ads, and talent-driven content.
• Ability to shoot both video and still photography; drone and gimbal experience a plus.
