Bullish US LLC is seeking a Creative Producer for CoinDesk Studios to craft branded content across video, social channels, and live events. You will own the creative process from spark to screen, pitching concepts and developing narratives that fit client briefs with CoinDesk's editorial voice.

You’ll collaborate with Multimedia and Sales teams to transform complex briefs into editorial-quality content, ensuring timely delivery and audience relevance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a creative or story-driven role at a media company, digital agency, or brand studio.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, emerging tech, and the crypto ecosystem.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills across video scripts and briefs.

The Opportunity

CoinDesk Studios is looking for a Creative Producer to craft high-impact branded content at the intersection of media, storytelling, and digital assets. In this creative-first role, you'll own the creative process from spark to screen - pitching big concepts, developing sharp narratives, and bringing brand stories to life across video, social channels, and major live events. Reporting directly to the Head of Studios Program Management, you will collaborate closely with our Multimedia and Sales teams to transform complex client briefs into editorial-quality content that engages audiences and breaks through the noise.

What You'll Do

• Drive Content Innovation: Concept and pitch groundbreaking branded content campaigns across short-form video, social media, and live event experiences.
• Master the Story: Write compelling scripts, creative treatments, and briefs that seamlessly align client objectives with CoinDesk's editorial voice.
• Own Execution End-to-End: Partner with producers, editors, and technical teams to guide projects from initial ideation through post-production and final delivery.
• Pitch & Partner: Collaborate with the Head of Studios on high-stakes new business pitches and client presentations.
• Hands-on Production Support: Team up with the Technical Producer to assist with video/audio editing, copy creation, and CMS publishing to ensure seamless deployment.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Leverage your knowledge of blockchain, Web3, and digital assets to ensure content remains relevant, precise, and resonant.

What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in a creative or story-driven role at a media company, digital agency, or brand studio.

• Web3 & Tech Savvy: A strong understanding of digital assets, emerging tech, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Versatile Portfolio: A showcase of work demonstrating range, strong editorial judgment, and mastery across multi-platform formats.
• Exceptional Storytelling: Top-tier writing skills with a focus on video scripts, pitch decks, and creative strategy.
• Agile & Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates ambiguity with ease, and takes pride in high-quality execution under deadlines.
• Collaborative Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to pitch ideas internally and externally.

Bonus Points For

• Hands-on editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or Descript.

Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits. Offered salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and commensurate experience.
