Aventon is committed to providing our customers with the best possible riding experience, and we are always looking for ways to improve our products and services.

Position Summary

Aventon is seeking a Creative Producer to help define and execute the future of our brand storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of creative development and production execution, partnering closely with the Creative Director, Brand Director, and cross-functional teams to bring compelling campaigns and content to life across digital, social, retail, ecommerce, experiential, and paid media channels.

The Creative Producer is responsible for helping transform ideas into executable creative work, from early concept development and script writing through production, post-production, and final delivery. This role combines strong storytelling instincts with hands‑on production expertise and requires someone who can contribute creatively while also managing the operational realities of bringing high-quality content to market.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced in managing complex photo, video, and content productions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at coordinating multiple stakeholders, and possess a strong understanding of modern content ecosystems, visual storytelling, and production workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Creative Development & Campaign Support
  • Partner with the Creative Director and Brand Marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, creative treatments, scripts, storyboards, presentations, production briefs, and content plans.
  • Help translate Aventon's products, technology, and rider experiences into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Contribute creative ideas, cultural insights, and platform-specific best practices during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Collaborate with Social, Ecommerce, Product Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams to ensure creative assets support broader business objectives.
  • Help maintain consistency with Aventon's brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling standards across all deliverables.
  • Assist in developing content concepts optimized for paid media, social platforms, ecommerce, retail, and brand storytelling.
Production Leadership & Execution
  • Lead productions from concept approval through final delivery, overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, timelines, shot lists, call sheets, and project documentation.
  • Produce photo and video shoots including campaign content, product launches, lifestyle campaigns, social content, retail assets, athlete storytelling, and branded content.
  • Manage all aspects of shoot logistics including vendor sourcing, crew hiring, casting, permitting, travel coordination, equipment rentals, insurance, releases, and legal approvals.
  • Coordinate external production partners including agencies, production companies, editors, photographers, DPs, creators, motion designers, and freelance talent.
  • Identify production solutions that maximize creative quality while maintaining budget and timeline expectations.
Editorial & Post-Production Management
  • Manage post-production workflows from ingest through final delivery across all channels.
  • Partner with editors, motion designers, and creative leadership to shape story execution, pacing, selects, music direction, and final asset delivery.
  • Coordinate review cycles, stakeholder feedback, version control, and approvals.
  • Ensure technical quality, brand consistency, and platform-specific requirements are met across all deliverables.
  • Oversee asset versioning, formatting, organization, and distribution across multiple channels and aspect ratios.
Creative Operations & Process Improvement
  • Own production budgets including forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Guide teams through production milestones, approvals, and delivery timelines while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and recommend solutions.
  • Help develop and improve internal production workflows, creative operations systems, asset management processes, and project tracking tools.
  • Build and maintain a network of trusted production partners, freelancers, creators, and vendors that support Aventon's growing creative needs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, branded content, integrated marketing, advertising, content creation, or related creative operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing photo, video, social, digital, and campaign productions from concept through final delivery.
  • Experience contributing to creative development, campaign ideation, script writing, creative treatments, storyboarding, or content concepting.
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate products, customer insights, and brand objectives into engaging content narratives.
  • Experience writing short‑form scripts, video outlines, creative briefs, production treatments, presentations, or campaign narratives.
  • Strong understanding of pre-production, production, post-production, editorial, and content distribution workflows.
  • Experience managing production budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, and project timelines.
  • Familiarity with content ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, ecommerce, streaming platforms, and emerging channels.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional creative, marketing, ecommerce, product marketing, social, and growth teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, project management tools, and production workflow platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted creative tools and emerging production technologies is a plus.
  • Experience within cycling, outdoor, mobility, sports, performance, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
  • Knowledge of bike culture and the cycling industry is highly valued.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including domestic and international travel, sometimes on short notice, to support productions, events, and brand initiatives.

  • Frequent travel is an essential function of this position and may account for a significant portion of working time based on production schedules, campaign requirements, and business needs.
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, including multi‑day and extended trips, to support productions, events, content creation, and cross‑functional business initiatives.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended production days as required.

  • Must be comfortable working in a variety of environments, including outdoor locations, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, retail stores, event venues, cycling routes, production studios, and other on‑location settings.
  • Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, terrain, noise levels, and environmental conditions during outdoor shoots, ride events, product demonstrations, and field productions.
  • Ability to safely navigate active production environments involving bicycles, production vehicles, lighting equipment, cameras, drones, audio equipment, and other production‑related equipment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport production equipment, product samples, props, and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Prolonged periods of computer work may be required for production planning, scheduling, budgeting, asset reviews, and project management activities when not on location.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, talent, agencies, production crews, and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
