Job summary

Apple Inc. Retail is seeking a Creative Pro to promote and deliver Today at Apple sessions, helping customers explore Apple products and services. You will educate the store team and customers, inspire participation, and connect people to locally relevant programming and activities.

You will mentor fellow team members, stay updated on new products and trends, and contribute to an inclusive environment that reflects Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: availability to work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays in the retail store
• Experience in retail or sales or related work
• Experience training or mentoring peers on products and sales capabilities

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions that encourage active customer participation and team engagement
• Generate excitement and enthusiasm for Apple products and services within the store and local community
• Mentor and train Today at Apple team members to develop knowledge and skills
• Support learning opportunities and act as facilitation subject matter expert in the store
• Provide feedback from peers and customers to improve the Apple Store experience
• Maintain knowledge of new products, technologies, and trends to facilitate relevant sessions
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity
